guys this is how USPH should NOT be portrayed

1. America would never say 'tsundere' or 'Piri-tan' I DOUBT HE EVEN HAS A GREAT IDEA OF WHAT THEY WOULD EVEN MEAN, LET ALONE USE THEM
2. it's a really shallow portrayal of both characters
3. it feels like a real bad rehash of usuk with a genderbent england or something
4. it's just really annoying and it's why I could never ship the characters.

USPH could actually be a very interesting pairing and there are some pretty good portrayals of it. It's when the Philippines is made a shallow character for the sake of shipping and when America gets turned into a sugoi hero who cares about Philippines and nobody else, that's when the portrayal becomes very painful.

If you wanna go for USPH, please do both characters justice and well, do them a favour and learn about the pros and cons to the country's relations. Hell, if you want to go for any OC/Canon pairing, my advice is to do the research. It can really pay off!
